Product Exchange

You can exchange purchased products within 30 days of receiving your order.

In the event of an incorrect size, the products must be new and in perfect condition. You can do so by contacting us via email at info@nowarfactory.com, providing your order information.

Size exchanges are only possible, meaning you can exchange the purchased item for the same item in a different size. You can also exchange the product for another of the same or higher value.

Upon receipt of your email, we will inform you of the timeframe within which the courier will collect the incorrect product and deliver the correct product to you, subject to payment of a €6.90 shipping fee (to be paid via PayPal or bank transfer, as indicated by email).

Product Returns

You can return the purchased item within 15 days of receiving it. Once we receive the product, if it is undamaged, we will refund your order. Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. To return the item, you must send it to the following address using a trackable shipping service:
