Returns and exchanges
It will be possible to exchange the products purchased within 30 days of receiving the order.
In the event of imperfections or non-compliant products received, we will provide a totally free replacement or refund of the order.
In the event of wrong measurement, the products must be new and in perfect condition, and it is possible to proceed by contacting us via email at info@nowarfactory.com, communicating the data relating to the order.
It is only possible to make substitutions of size and therefore to change the purchased item with the same item in a different size, however it is not possible to replace the product with another.
We will notify you upon receipt of your email the times within which the courier will collect the incorrect product, simultaneously delivering the correct product to you, against payment by you of a shipping fee of €4.50 (to be paid via PayPal or bank transfer as indicated in the email)
At the time of purchase, it is possible to choose the "replacement included" method for which the shipping cost will be €6.50 instead of €4.90.
In this way, in the event of an incorrect measurement , following the same procedure, you will receive the correct product at no additional cost.
