ITALY : €5.90 / free shipping for orders of €59.00 or more
GERMANY, SPAIN, FRANCE, NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM, PORTUGAL, AUSTRIA, POLAND, ROMANIA : €7.90 / free shipping for orders equal to or greater than €69.00
UK : €18 / free shipping for orders of €100.00 or more
USA : $29.90 / Free over $150 (With DHL)
Cash on delivery has a surcharge of € 5.90 (Italy only)
Delivery times
Orders are entrusted to the GLS courier within 24/48 working hours of payment confirmation.
Indicative delivery times are 2–3 working days , however during periods of high shipping volume (such as holidays and the Christmas period) delays beyond our control may occur, attributable to the courier.
Delivery times indicated are estimates and not guaranteed . Any delays will not entitle you to a refund of your order or shipping costs.
In case of delay, our customer service remains available to provide assistance and monitor the shipment.
Delivery times for shipments to Europe are 6 working days.
Shipments outside the EU will take approximately 10-15 working days via Poste Italiane.
GLS makes two delivery attempts. If the first is unsuccessful, you'll be left a card with the tracking number to provide to arrange a new delivery time. You'll find all the information on the card itself.
International Shipping Notices
Shipping abroad may incur additional customs fees, taxes, etc. that are not included in the total.
Any customs charges will be borne by the recipient.
Track your package
Are you waiting for an order but don't know where it is?
You can track it in 2 simple ways:
1. If you are registered on nowarfactory.com, log in from the shop page and enter your personal area: in the "My Orders" section, you can immediately view the contents and status of your latest orders.
2. Go to the shipping carrier's website and enter the ID provided in the shipment confirmation email or SMS.
