Absolutely, all our products are nickel free and hypoallergenic, thus ensuring safe use.

2. How can I make an exchange or return?

You can exchange the products purchased within 30 days of receiving your order. In case of imperfections or if the product received does not conform, we will replace it completely free of charge or refund the order. In case of measurement error, please ensure that the products are new and in perfect condition and contact us via email at info@nowarfactory.com with your order details. 3. How can I interpret the measurements of bracelets and rings?

We use the internal diameter in centimeters to indicate the measurements of bracelets and rings. Consult the size guide available on the product page for further details.

4. Do your products contain depleted uranium or other radiation?

No, our products do not contain depleted uranium or other radiation. We guarantee the safety and quality of our products.

5. How long does shipping take?

In Italy, shipments take place in 1-2 working days via the GLS courier. For shipments to Europe, the delivery time is approximately 6 working days, while for shipments outside the EU, the delivery time is approximately 10-15 working days.

We deliver throughout Italy and Europe, as well as countries such as Australia, Canada, Japan and the USA. We also offer the possibility of placing a Gift Order to have the products delivered to an address other than yours.
