Absolutely, all our products are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, thus guaranteeing safe use.
2. How can I make an exchange or return?
You can exchange purchased products within 30 days of receiving your order. If there are any imperfections or the product you received does not conform to your specifications, we will replace it completely free of charge or refund your order. If you find a sizing error, please ensure the products are new and in perfect condition and contact us by email at info@nowarfactory.com with your order details. 3. How can I interpret the measurements of bracelets and rings?
We use the internal diameter in centimeters to indicate bracelet and ring sizes. See the size guide on the product page for further details.
4. Do your products contain depleted uranium or other radiation?
No, our products do not contain depleted uranium or other radiation. We guarantee the safety and quality of our products.
5. How long does shipping take?
In Italy, shipments are made within 1-3 business days via GLS courier. For shipments within Europe, delivery time is approximately 6 business days, while for shipments outside the EU, delivery time is approximately 10-15 business days.

We deliver throughout Italy and Europe, as well as to countries such as Australia, Canada, Japan, and the USA. We also offer the option of placing a Gift Order to have products delivered to an address other than your own.

Orders are entrusted to the GLS courier within 24/48 working hours of payment confirmation.
Indicative delivery times are 2–3 working days , however during periods of high shipping volume (such as holidays and the Christmas period) delays beyond our control may occur, attributable to the courier.
Delivery times indicated are estimates and not guaranteed . Any delays will not entitle you to a refund of your order or shipping costs.
In case of delay, our customer service remains available to provide assistance and monitor the shipment.
